Refund Policy (As per Indian Law)
 
At Savleen English Academy , we are committed to offering high-quality educational services to every learner. We believe that once you join our community, you will only grow and achieve more.  

As per our terms and conditions, and in accordance with applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we hereby notify the following refund policy:

 Once a student enrolls in any course or pays the registration fee, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  This policy applies regardless of the mode of payment (online/offline/UPI/cash/bank transfer).

 By enrolling and making the payment, the student agrees to the terms of service and acknowledges that the seat is reserved specifically for them.

  As per industry standards and educational service norms in India, course fees are charged for access to intellectual property, resources, time-bound access, and reserved slots, which are non-transferable and non-refundable.  

No cancellation, refund, or fee adjustment will be entertained once the enrollment or seat  booking is confirmed.


Re-enrollment & Refund Policy Clause
 As per the terms of service and in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, once a participant has voluntarily enrolled and made payment for any course offered by Savleen English Academy, the following terms shall apply:  

Non-attendance or lack of participation in scheduled sessions by the participant shall not be considered a valid ground for claiming refund, compensation, or adjustment.  The academy shall not be liable to provide additional or compensatory sessions, nor will it be obliged to transfer the learner to a new batch, under any circumstances.  

Re-enrollment in a new batch will be treated as a new contract, and the participant shall be required to make a fresh payment of the applicable course fee.  All course fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where mandated by law in cases of proven deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  

By enrolling, the participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy and waives any future claim arising from personal reasons such as time constraints, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.


Course Downgrade Policy
 As per the policies of Savleen English Academy, and in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, downgrading or switching to a lower-priced course after enrollment is strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
  Once a participant has enrolled in a particular course and the payment has been made, the transaction is considered final.  Requests to shift to a lower-tier course or program shall not be entertained, nor shall any partial refund or adjustment be applicable.
